Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
