Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. By working collaboratively with our team, you will help uphold ALDI's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and customer concerns.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of information.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
