Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and our products are displayed neatly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Comply with all company policies and uphold document security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
