Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
- Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct inventory counts and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Follow cash handling protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment.
- Capable of lifting and stocking items up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
