Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Experience in retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
