Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Safely operate store equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
