Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store maintenance
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
