Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized and clean store environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking products, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases.
- Maintain a tidy and well-stocked store by restocking shelves and merchandising products.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory management and store cleaning activities.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
