Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store's overall appearance is maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and well-presented.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including handling inventory, cash transactions, and maintaining security.
- Participate in inventory counts, provide feedback on products, and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
