Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your focus on customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
- Ability to handle physical demands such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
