Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays.
- Operating the cash register and providing prompt customer service.
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
- Monitoring inventory levels and participating in store inventory counts.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Knowledge of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
