Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment
• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide courteous assistance to customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and follow established cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
