Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Work with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
