Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store looks its best, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
- Perform general cleaning duties and uphold company standards
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
