Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat and organized store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately while adhering to cash policies.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
