Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your collaborative efforts with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and maintaining equipment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is beneficial.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
