Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient store operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register.
- Safely handle store equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
