Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Efficient cash register operation
- Safe operation of store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Work independently and in a team
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task efficiently
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
