Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and help ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
- Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of safely operating equipment and interpreting company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
