Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling store inventory.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handling equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
