Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and stocking tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate the cash register, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to company policies, and ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
