Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies to ensure store security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent.
