Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
- Ability to operate equipment and meet physical demands.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
