Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist in inventory management and accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
