Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, organize shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
