Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service. In this position, you will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
- Follow company procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Experience with general cleaning to company standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Organizational ability, attention to detail, and multitasking proficiency.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
