Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills to enhance customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
