Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Proficiency in operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
