Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the appearance of the store. Your responsibilities include cashiering, stocking products, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
