Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are stocked and organized. You will collaborate with team members and the store management team to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and stock shelves neatly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
