Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and ensure organized merchandise displays
- Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with team and management, and offer feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and follow company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or above
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently or in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Knowledge in retail operations and customer service
