Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the store's overall presentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
