Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
