Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store appearance.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior work experience in retail preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
