Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
