Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to maintain store cleanliness and follow protocols.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to knowledge requirements.
