Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain a tidy store environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service and cash register operation skills
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
