Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. You will provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with team members, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Give feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and other relevant issues.
- Participate in regular store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions proficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages (if applicable).
