Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Your collaboration with the Aldi team and commitment to outstanding customer service will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and suggestions to management.
- Participate in inventory counts as required and maintain cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
