Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a dynamic retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and embody ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and managers.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work independently and within a team environment.
- Compliance with state regulations for alcohol handling and sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- A blend of education and experience is considered.
