Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by performing various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
