Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with our team to ensure efficient operations and uphold ALDI's standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
