Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold our high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred, retail experience a plus.
