Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Report feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands and safety requirements.
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and teamwork.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
