Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
