Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
