Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a great shopping experience. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures and minimize losses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
