Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, uphold company standards, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the store management team.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
