Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and delivering exceptional customer service. From stocking shelves to cashiering, you will be at the forefront of the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Adhere to cash policies, security measures, and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
