Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently to ensure security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to maintain cleanliness following company standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
